BOOK CONSULTATION

What services do you provide?

We offer full-service event planning and design, including concept development, décor, catering coordination, vendor management, logistics, and on-site coordination. Our goal is to make your event experience seamless from start to finish. For more information, click here.

If you’re booking catering, you can choose between full-service and drop-off. For drop-off options, clients are responsible for maintaining food temperatures and proper storage once delivery is complete.

How does payment work?

We follow a structured payment schedule that includes a deposit, installment payments, and a final balance due before the event. For bookings made close to the event date, full payment may be required upfront.

Refunds and cancellation fees are determined by the terms outlined in your service agreement.

Please note: Invoices may include a standard service charge to account for the quality, effort, and professionalism of our team.

Do I need to pay a deposit or provide event insurance?

Yes. We require a refundable incidental fee that covers any unforeseen costs or damages that may occur during your event.

This fee may cover situations such as:

Overtime, if your event runs longer than planned
Damaged or missing décor, rentals, or equipment
Emergency adjustments or last-minute supply needs

If no incidents occur, the full amount will be refunded after the event.

Additionally, an event insurance fee may apply to cover potential liabilities during your event.

How does vendor coordination work?

We partner with a trusted network of vendors to bring your event vision to life. While we carefully select and coordinate with them, vendors operate as independent entities.

If any issues arise, we’ll step in to mediate and help resolve the situation as best we can. However, because we don’t directly control third-party vendors, we can’t be held liable for their actions, delays, or errors.

By hiring us, you acknowledge and agree to release B.EPIC Events & Design from direct liability for vendor-related matters.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is outlined in your service agreement. Cancellation fees may apply, and refunds will follow the terms in your contract.
