A seasoned entrepreneur, designer, and operations strategist, Crystal blends creativity with precision to produce events that are as visually stunning as they are seamlessly executed.

Beyond events, Renee is also an advocate for entrepreneurship and community development through her nonprofit, B.EPIC Enterprises, empowering veterans and minorities to pursue business ownership.
